A little about me

Well, hi! I’m Jenna, a licensed professional counselor who has specialized in OCD and anxiety since 2008. I began my career at Johns Hopkins Hospital, followed by Rogers Memorial Hospital, one of only two residential OCD treatment facilities in the world at the time. I spent nearly two decades working with the most complex cases of OCD and anxiety that exist, helping thousands of people stop letting fear run their lives.

The Noisy Mind is where the clinical depth, the personal honesty, and the real work of recovery all live together. Written by a therapist who has treated OCD and anxiety since 2008, and lives with it, too. This is not about making your thoughts disappear. It's about building a life so full that the noise becomes irrelevant.

I’m also someone who lives with OCD and anxiety. My brain has been doing its thing for a long time, and I've gotten really good at not letting it drive. The Noisy Mind was built because there is nuance to this work that does not survive a ten-second reel, and there are things worth saying that belong somewhere other than a caption. This is where the clinical depth gets room to breathe. Where the real mechanics of OCD and anxiety are explained the way they actually deserve to be. Where recovery is treated not as the absence of uncomfortable thoughts, but as the presence of a full, intentional, bold life built around what matters most.

My book, Making Peace with a Noisy Mind: A Radical Approach to Living Fully with OCD and Intrusive Thoughts, will be published in February 2027. My course, The OCD and Anxiety Recovery Blueprint, is where people do the real, structured work of recovery with weekly group coaching and a community of over 800 students who are actually getting better.

The Noisy Mind is for people with OCD, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts who are done avoiding their lives.

The work is real here. So is the person doing it. Super stoked you’re here.
